The Dunes Golf Club, long noted as one of the premier championship golf courses in the metro Tampa Bay area has been reborn and reopened in June 2008.

The award-winning Arthur Hills-designed layout built among the unique terrain in the sand hills of West Central Florida has been transformed to a more visually attractive and intimidating layout. Arthur Hills utilized and expanded the existing weather-worn sand dunes, terrain and Pine Valley-like views to create a golf experience you won't soon forget. Dramatic elevation changes, forced carries and large, undulating greens provide all levels of golfers a challenge to remember.

The excellently maintained playing surfaces include 419 Bermuda grass on the fairways and roughs while the greens feature Pike Creek tifdwarf native grasses. Local fauna provides a rough natural look in the out lying areas while the playing surfaces are impeccably groomed and maintained.
