worst golf course i have ever played. it is poorly designed and even more poorly maintained. you can't get a level lie on the tee boxes, and the bunkers were filled with water even though it hadn't rained in weeks. for $40, this course doesn't even come close to being worth the money.

The course was in great shape, the fairways were beautiful no barron spots.  Grass covered all of the fairways.  The greens were in good shape but were slow, that may have been do to the rain.  I have two negatives about this course.
1) Many of the tee boxes were in pretty bad shape.
2) There were only a few water fountains on the course. 
We were able to get out without booking a tee time in advance, only $40.00 to play if you walk and have your own pull cart.  I think it was $51.00 to ride.  This is on the weekend.  The round took 4 hours and ten minutes, we were about one and a half holes behind the group in front of us.
