Recue Dual TP (16 deg) jmiller065 - Handicap: 4 - Cost: - Date: 2010-08-03
This is an older model but it still is bettor then majority of the hybrids that I have hit. I use it as a gap between my 4iron and 3 wood, yardage comes out to between a 5 wood or 7 wood. This is a good club, i like the adjustable weights i play with two 8g weights in mine (stock is a 14g and a 2g draw bias unless otherwise specified), you can change the swing weight to more (> 16g) or less (< 16g) it by changing the weight set up. has draw or fade bias (draw 14g in heal, 2g in toe) (fade 2g in heal, 14g in the toe) you could also do any combination as long as you add it up to 16g total it will be a stock swing weight. (10g in heal, 6g in toe would be a minor draw bias). My only down fall to the TP model is the shaft, it has a diamana h shaft in it. I have a large swing speed on my driver low of 108, average of 112 to high of 116, so I figured the x-flex would work for me, it feels a little bit like a board when i swing smooth. Makes me think that i have to release the club hard to flex it and get the distance. I suggest if you have a swing speed of around 100 to 110 going with the stiff flex. If you plan to re-shaft the club anyways just get whatever loft you'd like and in whatever flex you can find the cheapest in. |
